Incorrect use can reduce the battery's lifespan or even cause it to break. Please note that the battery slowly discharges due to self-discharge. Battery capacity also decreases at low temperatures. We recommend recharging at least once a month and storing the battery at room temperature when not in use. The warranty will be voided in case of improper use.
The range of a battery can decrease by a quarter at low temperatures. In other words: in winter, you get fewer kilometers out of your battery than in summer. This difference can amount to up to 25 percent. To keep your battery in good condition for as long as possible, the best advice is to keep using it. Even in winter.
The riding distance, endurance, and performance of the battery are not covered by the warranty. The actual achievable distance depends on several factors such as: rider weight, battery condition, ambient temperature, speed, and riding style. To maximize the range, the maximum speed may be reduced when the battery is running low.
